Role overview
PrimePay is looking for a CTO / Head of Engineering to lead the technology vision and architecture of our fintech platform. You will work closely with the founder to build a secure and scalable financial infrastructure for payments, lending, and digital financial services.
Responsibilities
- Design and lead the overall system architecture for PrimePay
- Build and manage the engineering team
- Implement scalable micro services architecture
- Lead integrations with UPI, banks, NBFCs, and fintech APIs
- Ensure platform security and compliance standards
- Oversee cloud infrastructure and DevOps processes
Requirements
- Strong experience in fintech or payment platforms
- Expertise in system architecture and distributed systems
- Experience with AWS / cloud infrastructure
- Knowledge of UPI systems, payment gateways, or banking APIs
- Strong leadership and startup mindset
Preferred Experience
- Java / Node.js / Golang / PHP
- PostgreSQL / Redis
- Kubernetes / Docker
